We all have some days that are better than others.

Maybe it really just is the weather, or maybe it’s the new practice you’ve recently started or are about to start (nice work). By quantifying and tracking your mood in the same consistent way, you will have data points that could elucidate whether or not a new routine or treatment is having the desired effect on your affect.

Powered by the Quantified Citizen mobile health research app, our Mental Health Tracker is an on-going study to help you follow shifts in your mood over time, and record changes. It uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative objective methods measured with the QC mobile app to explore alterations to mental health over a period of your life.

Participants will complete some of the world’s most validated assessments of mood and well-being every month. By answering surveys about depression, anxiety, stress, well-being, affect, satisfaction with life, mindfulness, and impactful life events, you will be able to see for yourself, in a quantifiable way, how your mental health fluxuates.
